A small team that answers the phone.
Uptech World works with Australian businesses on the three things that decide whether people find you and trust you when they do.
Who we are
Uptech World is the Australian arm of a web and design practice that has been running since 2010 in India. The Australian business has been trading since 2022, from Melbourne, Victoria.
Your project is managed here and delivered with our team in India. We say that plainly rather than leaving you to assume otherwise, because it is the honest description of how the work happens and because it is a reasonable question for you to ask. What it means in practice is that you deal with one person in your own timezone, with a full team behind the work rather than a single freelancer who might be on holiday when your site goes down.
We do three things and we have deliberately stopped doing others. There is no software division here, no app team, no advertising arm. Websites, search, and the design that sits on both.
How we quote
Every job starts with a written scope and a fixed price, with the GST position stated on the quote. Nothing begins before you have agreed to it, and if the scope changes we re-quote rather than adding to an invoice you have not seen.
What you can expect
One team, not three suppliers
The people who build the site are the people who make it rank and the people who design the brand on it. Nothing falls between vendors.
Custom, never a template dropped on you
Every build is scoped around how your business actually works, not fitted to a theme that was already made.
Built for search from the first line
Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals are part of the build, not a job someone else does afterwards to fix it.
Managed from Melbourne, built with our team in India
You deal with one point of contact in your own timezone, with a full team behind the work. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume.
Fixed written quotes
The scope, the price and the GST position are agreed in writing before anything starts.
We are still here after launch
Maintenance, updates and small changes are available on an ongoing plan with no lock-in.
